Our Swansea Adult Ballet Barre classes are now running in the Pennard area of Swansea.

Men and women of all ages can attend our morning adult dance classes and whatever your level, (Beginner - Improver), you will be challenged but will enjoy it!

​

Adult Ballet Barre classes can help sculpt the body, improving posture, poise and flexibility. 

​

A relaxed adult dance class followed by 30 minutes tea/coffee. 

 

Many new friendships have been made in our adult classes.  It can be quite a soclal event with London theatre trips and meals out organised by the group.
