Swansea Ballet School provides a high standard of Ballet and dance training for children, older students and adults in Swansea. 

 

Children’s' classes are offered from age 3 and begin at Pre-Primary Ballet level (Amelia Ballerina) working through the grades as their skills in dance improve. 

Our senior students have the opportunity to study Vocational Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Ballet, and Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) exams and qualifications in Ballet, Tap and Modern.  

 

Contemporary, Jazz, Modern and Musical theatre are also available. Students at this level are often invited to attend our Ballet Pointe Work classes.

As an established performing arts and Ballet school of over 40 years we have had children start at Pre-Primary level, many of which are now professional dancers.  Other students have utilised their dance experience and qualifications in other ways.  Please see our Testimonials page for more information.
